1- You have to think and decide what you are going to write,
as you do when you write your articles for your Edublog. In
other words, plan and write your texts. Then, read you text
carefully several times before you record it and pay attention
to your entonation, give sense to the words and sentences
your are reading. 
2- Record your audio. One option to consider is Audacity. It's
open source, cross-platform, free and lets you mix together
multiple audio files and convert your files to Mp3 format,
because Mp3 is the standard format for podcast.

You will also have to download the lame_enc.dll file and
save it wherever you indicate the Audacity programme.
3- How to publish your MP3 audio.
You can Log in or sign up in pages like IMEEM.com
There you can create a playlist to view on this page or
embed on other sites like your Edublog.
